Helping you transition to the new Digital Processing Services

DPS onboarding is the transition of existing customers from our heritage platforms and services to the new Digital Processing Services (DPS). It includes registering organisations and user specific information onto the new platform to ensure you can access the correct services and data. It doesn't include contracting, conducting testing or user training; these are being managed separately.

Onboarding guide

5 August 2024: New version of the onboarding guide

To support you with the onboarding process, Velonetic has published an onboarding guide. It covers the timeline of events, what the onboarding process entails, what you need to complete, and further information around the support available. While written with our live platforms in mind, we recommend that customers taking part in our testing programmes use the guide alongside any test specific instructions sent out.

An updated version of the onboarding guide is now available, which includes updates to the user access roles as well as other minor updates that reflect customer feedback. The Bank Mandate form has been published separately to the guide, which you can view below.

Onboarding to testing

Customer coordinated testing (CCT) enables market participants to test Velonetic and LIMOSS defined end-to-end processes, supporting your adoption of the new digital processing services. Velonetic has published a CCT onboarding guide to help you onboard to the testing environment. Below you can also find a step-by-step guide to support you in creating a new test user.
