Regulatory notification and market assurance

Virtual data room

In order to support market participants during Blueprint Two phase one cutover to the new Velonetic Digital Processing Services (DPS), Deloitte will be managing a virtual data room.

The purpose of the virtual data room is to hold artefacts that will support governance and assurance over the transformation, and that are expected to be used by market participants to perform appropriate due diligence. Artefacts will include, but are not limited to:

  • details of test results from all key testing streams

  • operational resilience plans and results

  • cutover plans

  • operational readiness documentation and market readiness survey results, including information on the assurance provided by the Lloyd’s and Velonetic assurance providers

The virtual data room is built on a secure platform, Ansarada, and can be opened using the link below once your access has been granted.

Accessing the virtual data room

Access to the virtual data room will initially be made available to the Blueprint Two champions from each of the market participant organisations affected by the cutover.

If you require access to the virtual data room but have not received an invitation email, please contact your organisation’s Blueprint Two champion, who can request access on your behalf. If you do not have a champion in your organisation or are unsure of who your champion is, please contact the data room administration team using the email address below.

If you have already been invited to the virtual data room and have registered using the link in the invitation email, you can open the virtual data room using the link below.

For any enquiries regarding the virtual data room, please contact [email protected].

White paper

The white paper is for senior executives and market participants to ensure that they understand the change proposed in the adoption and cutover plan to the new Velonetic digital processing platform. It details acceptance criteria, assurance mechanisms, and tolerance thresholds to ensure a safe cutover.

The full white paper is only available via the data room, but this executive summary summarises the context, purpose and content.
