2. Submission of the MON
Lloyd’s has agreed with the PRA and FCA that a single, consolidated, market-wide material outsourcing notification (MON) will be submitted by the Corporation on behalf of all managing agents for DPS services.
3. Signing of the DPSA and Termination Letter
Firms will need to sign a new Digital Processing Services Agreement (DPSA), order form, and a Consent to Terminate Letter as part of the migration process to the Velonetic System.
Virtual data room
In order to support market participants during Blueprint Two phase one cutover to the new Velonetic Digital Processing Services (DPS), Deloitte will be managing a virtual data room.
The purpose of the virtual data room is to hold artefacts that will support governance and assurance over the transformation, and that are expected to be used by market participants to perform appropriate due diligence.
