Cutover

Cutover is the transition process from heritage to Digital Processing Services

Cutover is the transition process from heritage to Digital Processing Services (DPS), starting with a submissions block and culminating in return to full processing in the DPS environment. We’ll be developing various resources to support this transition, including a cutover plan.

Velonetic will be holding walkthroughs of the cutover plan, which will run through the cutover and contingency plans, outline key dates and activities such as dress rehearsals and the four stages of cutover, as well as action required by market firms. More information on how to register for these sessions will be coming soon.

Cutover plan

The cutover plan has been developed to show how we’ll cutover safely to the new digital services. Both Lloyd’s and Velonetic have been clear that we’ll not cutover until it is safe to do so.

You can find here the executive summary of the cutover plan as well as the full cutover plan as of June 2024. This plan will iterate as the programme evolves and will be updated on this webpage.
