With over 200 market leaders attending from the London market, it was a great way to come together to discuss some of the key areas of delivery, and give more detail on the customer journeys within placement, premiums and claims.
The event included updates from Bob James (COO, Lloyd’s), Bob Verber (Velonetic), and Chris Halbard (CEO, Velonetic).
Before an overview on Sequence Two was presented by (Martin Kelsh, Chief Growth Officer, Velonetic) and Anne Pearsall (Head of Product, Velonetic) and an update on placement and premium journey from Steve Hicks (Deputy Market Transformation Director, Lloyd’s) and Ruan Ebersohn (Programme Director, DXC Technology.)
The afternoon ended with two breakouts sessions; one on placement and premium products including update on the digital gateway and the last session on claims. The sessions were really interactive and had a number of questions asked throughout.
