To help bring to life some of the new customer journeys in both phase one and phase two - we have built a data model, which helps visualise how data and information will move between the various stakeholders and platforms post phase one cutover.
There are 10 data flows to view within the model:
- Digital placement soft call
- Core Data Record Creation (phase two)
- EBOT TA submission (phase two)
- EBOT FA submission (phase two)
- LPAN (delinked) submission (phase one)
- EDI LPAN release (phase one)
- Portal premium submission with CDR validation fail (phase one)
- ECOT submission (phase two)
- Portal claims advice submission with missing loss report (phase one)
- Notification of loss advice via LIMCLM (phase one)
*Please bear in mind that the data journey shown were created in May 2023, the journey towards the final process is being built as an agile model so there may be some changes, as more information regarding the solutions become known.
