The graduation ceremony for our highly regarded Claims Adjuster Programme took place on Wednesday 17 July in our Velonetic space on Gallery 4 of the Lloyd’s building. The event brought together our 15 graduates in person for the first time, providing them the opportunity to celebrate their achievements and network with peers and mentors.
Programme highlights and future opportunities
The programme is for those new to insurance or who want to know more about how the industry works. It is recognised for its flexibility and comprehensive approach with a curriculum designed to be dynamic and responsive to the needs and interests of its participants. It features sessions on topics such as forensic accounting, UK, and US court systems, and handling large losses.
We are already receiving applications for our 2024/2025 programme, and we look forward to continuing to invest in our people to cultivate industry-leading expertise in loss adjustment.
Event highlights
A captivating tour of the Lloyd’s building was a highlight of the day. Graduates then had the opportunity to network and connect with mentors, many of who are experienced claims adjusters at Velonetic. This helps to create and maintain a vibrant community where our people share their experiences and learn from one another; supporting our values to be inclusive and collaborative, and showcasing our extensive experience and expertise in the insurance market.
