Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team provides dedicated support and guidance to our customers, and are a single point of contact for the resolution of issues when needed. Each CRM is aligned to a sub-set of London market customers. Our CRMs are focused on building an understanding of their customer's business so that they can identify and offer potential solutions from Velonetic’s broad range of insurance processing services. The CRM Team also acts as a voice of the customer to provide valuable insight and feedback to the Velonetic leadership team in our efforts to support the market’s changing needs.
