If you like to learn at your own pace with User Manuals and online modules, we have catered for you with our online training.

If you prefer learning with others in your organisation and an experienced trainer, as shared in our Market Communications on 1 May 2024, our instructor-led training courses are now available to book. We have created three tailored syllabuses: one each for brokers, carriers in the Company market, and Lloyd’s managing agents. These also include the methods of delivery available, i.e. face-to-face or virtual instructor-led, and/or online training.

We are delighted with our continued collaboration with the International Underwriting Association (IUA) , and Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) to develop the most helpful approach for carriers in the Company market, and Lloyd’s managing agents respectively.
