We are pleased to share the news that Teresa Jennings has been promoted to Chief Business Officer.
Since joining Velonetic in 2003, Teresa has demonstrated unwavering commitment and excellent leadership, playing a key role in delivering the services that are at the core of our business. Alongside our 1,300 colleagues across the UK and India, Teresa has ensured the seamless delivery of premium and claims services relied upon by the London insurance market daily.
In her new role, Teresa will oversee the delivery and optimisation of services across Velonetic, working closely with the Leadership Team to align operational, financial, and strategic objectives. Her remit includes ensuring that the necessary resources are in place to execute Velonetic’s business strategy and continue delivering outstanding service to our customers, and the London insurance market.
Teresa has been an integral contributor to the planning for the implementation of the new platform that represents the first phase of the Blueprint Two programme. Her deep understanding of our business, collaborative leadership style, and embodiment of our values makes her a trusted and respected member of the team.
